Home Health Aide Benefits

  • Pay

    The starting hourly rate for HHAs is $19.10/hour up to $30/hour for mutual care cases.

  • Schedules

    Schedules are built around client need and provide consistent hours from week to week with the same client, as well as opportunities to fill in on other cases when available.

    Hours differ from case to case, and can include part time (4-6 hours), 8 to 12 hours (full time) and live-in opportunities.

    Caregivers are always informed of shift length when offered a case.
